HTML vs Dreamweaver

The Html and Dreamweaver are both good software's to use for creating a website, The html is really good because you have a variety of options to use in the website you are planning to create. The Dreamweaver is really good because in my opinion it is much easier to use, it still has the same variety of options but it is much easier to use.
I personally think that Dreamweaver is better to use for this task because it is not that complicated, it has a simple lay out and the tutorials show you how to do everything

Why is communication so important during an emergency?

Communication during a disaster is really important because people might need help during a natural disaster, if they do not get help they might die or get seriously injured. Also people might get stuck on a high place or need help so we need people like firemen to help them out.

What forms of communication have been used during an emergency?

The forms of communication that have been used are

• Phone
• radio
• TV
• Internet
• Special SOS phones
• Alarms 
• Email
• IM

What essential information needs to be communicated during a disaster or an emergency?

Some essential information could be

• What had happened in the disaster
• Time when did the event take place
• what caused the disaster
• who died or went missing during the disaster

What information can be created before the emergency? What information needs to be communicated during the emergency?

Emergencies such as an earthquake, tsunami or tornadoes are unexpected so there is nothing you can do to prepare. It is always better to be one step ahead so you can plan ahead, even though there is no earth quake. Emergencies such as hurricanes and floods can use the emergency plans. The emergency plan consists: emergency food, kits and items. Making elevated houses, planting plants, deepening the rivers, etc.

What hardware and software is required to be able to communicate online?

Online communication only needs a device that has access to internet, such as smartphones and computers. Internet Explorer, Safari and Chrome are some of the softwares that can be used in order to communicate online.

Which communication forms are synchronous?

Synchronous means when something is happening at the exact moment for example live tv.

-Synchronous communication forms include: Live television, Live Radio, IM, Speaking on the phone.

During a natural disaster these synchronous have big effects because it can inform people and might even save peoples lives because it is happening at that moment, instant 

Which communication forms are asynchronous?

Asynchronous means when something is not happening at an exact time, it should have a delay

-Asynchronous communication forms include: Email, Tex ting, Recorded Television, Recorded Radio.

Asynchronous is like a recorded TV because it is not happening the exact time that the actual disaster is happening.



What type of information would they send?


-Live or Recorded Television would send visual and audio, Radio or Phone would send Audio, all the rest send text or Images 





What hardware and software is needed?


-Most programs to do the above should be pre downloaded like the phone app or an Emailing website, the hardware however, differs, you would need a computer, phone, TV and radio to do all the above.
